- People carrying out evluation
- Evaluation plans and strategies, progress reports (if you have them)

Afternoon learning spaces information
In the afternoon engCETL will be hosting a Learning Spaces evaluation event, to be facilitated by Ivan Moore (CEEBL, University of Manchester). engCETL is starting to undertake an evaluation of its new learning space, which was equipped with funding from the CETL Capital Budget, and are keen to share knowledge and practice with others in the East Midlands region. The workshop is intended to encourage participants to consider how they might evaluate their own learning space (and the use of capital expenditure for HEFCE evaluation), identifying the questions that may be common between CETLs, and factors such as the needs analysis for the space, the design process, current and potential future usage, how the space supports traditional pedagogy and how it opens up new approaches to teaching and learning.Who should attend?
- Those involved in designing the learning spaces
- Those involved in the decision making process about what the spaces were required to 'do'.
- Any documentation detailing the 'story' of the learning spaces, e.g. questionnaire results, paper designs, learning space information from stage 1 and 2 bids etc. (Don't worry if you haven't got anything.)
- Important questions you would like to ask about approaching evaluating your learning spaces
- Overarching learning space evaluation questions that are relevant to all CETLs, that we should all be thinking about.
- engCETL is located in the upper floor of the Keith Green Building, building 10 on the West Park of campus. Details of the location are avalaible here on our website or through the University's campus map.
- Parking is available in Car Park 1, which is shown on the left hand side of the map. The gatehouse security guards at the West entrance will be happy to give you directions.
