Electromagnetism Simulations Tutorial/Website

A series of web-based electromagnetism tutorials/teaching resources are to be created with embedded interactive java applets as animations.  The animations will serve to explain difficult electromagnetic concepts to students and will be accessible on and off campus whenever the student requires access.  The animations have already been created by a number of external sources and permission for the free use of each animation has been granted.

Initial web-based tutorials have been created using 2 java applets supplied by Rob Seager. Further web-based tutorials on electromagnetism concepts are intended to be produced once two further java applets have been supplied.

The web-based tutorials were reviewed with java applets were reviewed in December 2008 and January 2009. Further java applets were added in July 2009.
