Quantity Surveying Measurement Tutorial Tool

The Quantity Surveying Measurement Tool (QSM) is a computer based tutorial system to aid student understanding in the basic principles of quantity surveying. It enables the user to work through an example of measurements, allowing them to establish how calculations are made with animations to aid the learning process.  In addition the tool provides the 'Standard method of measurement of building works (SMM7)' as a reference.  The tool can be accessed off-campus allowing the student to access the tutorial at their own convenience.
