After graduating as an Industrial Designer from Brunel University in 2001 I began working in HE as a Product Design studio technician. During my studies my primary interest had been CAD, 3D modelling and the role of computers in the design process, and I began lecturing in design and computer software to a variety of design disciplines. Whilst teaching, I completed a PGCERT in Learning and Teaching and became interested in today's changing learning environment and alternative teaching methods.
I joined Loughborough University as an Online Learning Development Officer in 2005. My role is to enhance, improve and be innovative in the use of online learning across the Faculty of Engineering.
